Do you require perfect credit to rent?
No. We work with plenty of customers who got turned away at the airport counters over credit or card requirements. Bring a valid driver's license and the security deposit, and we'll work with you.
What is the security deposit?
$100 for economy vehicles. Other categories start at $200. The deposit is refundable when the vehicle comes back in the same condition you got it.
What are your rental rates?
Rentals start at $40 a day. Most vehicles run $40 to $90 a day depending on category. Virginia rental taxes add about 10%. Weekly rates are discounted.
Do you offer weekly rentals?
Yes. Weekly rates cost less than paying the daily rate seven times. Call 757-586-4866 for current weekly pricing on the category you need.
How many miles are included?
300 miles per day, on every rental.
Can I use a rental for Uber, Lyft, DoorDash or Instacart?
Yes. We have rideshare-approved rentals, and our weekly rates are built for drivers who need a car to earn with.
Can I rent while my car is in the shop after an accident?
Yes. You pay us for the rental, and we give you the paperwork and walk you through filing it with your insurance company so you can get reimbursed. We handle insurance rentals every week.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes, on our Drive & Own rent-to-own program. Military members and first responders get a discount there. For rentals, our weekly rates work well for rotations and temporary duty.
What is Drive & Own?
Drive & Own is our rent-to-own program. It's separate from standard rentals, with its own application, approval and terms, and it gives you a structured path to eventually owning a vehicle.
Do rental payments count toward Drive & Own?
No. Drive & Own is a separate program. Payments on a standard daily or weekly rental do not apply toward owning a vehicle. If you want to work toward ownership, apply for Drive & Own directly.
How do I apply for Drive & Own?
Call 757-586-4866, walk in at 376 N. Witchduck Road, Suite 108, or send your info through the form on our Rent-to-Own page and we'll call you. There's no hard credit pull to apply.
What do I need to rent?
A valid driver's license and the security deposit. If you carry full-coverage insurance, bring proof. If you don't, you'll need our damage waiver. Renting while your car is being repaired? Bring your claim information too.
Do I have to buy your damage waiver?
Only if you don't have full-coverage insurance. The damage waiver is $35 a day, or $150 for the week if you prepay the week.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit, debit, cash, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay and tap-to-pay, plus buy-now-pay-later options like Affirm and Klarna.
Can I pick up somewhere other than Virginia Beach?
Most rentals are picked up at our Virginia Beach location. Pickup in Portsmouth or Newport News is available on request, depending on availability. Ask when you call.
What's your cancellation policy?
Let us know as soon as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. We're flexible with real customers, but no-shows may be charged a fee.

Yes. Call us before your return date and we'll extend it. It's usually a quick call.
What happens if I have an accident in a rental?
Call us right away. If you're using your own full-coverage insurance, file a claim with them and we'll help coordinate. If you took our damage waiver, we'll walk you through what it covers.
What's the minimum age to rent?
Call us for current age requirements. We're more flexible with younger renters than the airport chains.
